Hello everyone, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the finance sector, I’ll be sharing fundamental knowledge starting from beginner level with simple explanations that everyone can understand. Feel free to critique, add, or refute information in a polite manner. I appreciate those who contribute by providing reasons and content for changes, additions, or refutations. Thank you in advance for your respect.

After years of experience in bank inspection at private equity banks, regulatory oversight at troubled banks on behalf of the government, managerial roles in financial institutions, as well as finance, audit, and risk management experiences in international corporations, I have witnessed a great deal of misuse and significant information gaps. Even when asked to serve as an expert witness in court cases, I observed that the uninformed reports prepared by experts preceding me prolonged the cases further. As the years go by, there’s a tendency to assume that what you know is common knowledge. However, everyone is fighting battles outside for their household expenses and their family’s future, and nowadays people use their homes as rest stations. With the advent of the internet, the consumption-driven advertisements that once filled TV programs or movie breaks now begin the moment we pick up our phones, even listening to us on the table and analyzing our needs to tailor advertisements accordingly. Information consumption has decreased while the need for knowledge has increased. After all these years, both as a financial technology entrepreneur, I believe that people need support to be more selective in consumption for a more efficient and worry-free future. With this goal in mind, I embarked on a long journey, which has also helped me understand the system better. I hope everyone experiences similar journeys in their own lives and increases their awareness.
